Louis N. Skeparnias has been involved in commercial real estate since 1985. As President of Sigma Commercial Realty, Inc./Sigma Business Brokers, he has been a Broker since 1989 and has specialized in commercial real estate. His area of expertise remains in commercial development, business properties and retail leasing, as well as business brokerage.

Mr. Skeparnias background includes his positions as Assistant to U.S. Congressman Bill Goodling, Personal Assistant to Pennsylvania Governor Dick Thornburgh. And served on Governor Thornburgh’s transition team. He has served as an Executive Board Member of the Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development, and on the Executive Board of the Governor's Heritage Affairs Commission.

He has been involved in the local community activities throughout South-Central  Pennsylvania as President of the York Exchange, as an active member of the Downtown York ROTARY, and has served as Vice President of Springettsbury Twp Parks and Recreation Board. He has served on numerous other Boards and Commissions, including Co-Chairman of ATAYC-Air Transportation Authority of York & Adams Counties and the YCPC -York Community Progress Council. He sits on numerous committees of the York County Economic Development Corporation (YCEDC) working to promote the economy and business throughout South Central Pa. He Co-Founded the York County Youth Soccer League in 1973 and was the Head Soccer Coach at Central York High School.

Mr. Skeparnias is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), the IBBA (International Business Brokers Association), PAR (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and he has been a member in the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and as a Founding Member of the NAR Property Management Section. Mr. Skeparnias has also served as Chairman of the Commercial/Industrial Committee of RAYAC (Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties).

He is licensed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in the State of Maryland as well as Pennsylvania.
