Louis N. Skeparnias has been involved in commercial real estate since 1985. As President of Sigma Commercial Realty, Inc./Sigma Business Brokers, he has been a Broker since 1990 and has specialized in commercial real estate. His area of expertise remains in commercial development, business properties and retail leasing, as well as business brokerage.
Mr. Skeparnias has been involved in local and community activities in south-central Pennsylvania as a member of RAYAC, past president of the York Exchange and has served as vice president of Springettsbury Parks and Recreation Committee. His background includes his positions as assistant to U.S. Congressman Bill Goodling, personal assistant to Pennsylvania Governor Dick Thornburgh, he has served on the Executive Board of Pennsylvania Department of Community Affairs, on the Executive Board of the
Governor's Heritage Affairs Commission, as well as numerous other Boards and Commissions, including the York Air Transportation Authority and the York Progress Council.
Mr. Skeparnias is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), the IBBA (International Business Brokers Association), PAR (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and he has been a member in the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers as a certified real estate appraiser and as a founding member of the NAR Property Management Section. He has also taken advanced courses with CCIM toward his designation. Mr. Skeparnias has also been chairman of the Commercial Industrial Committee of RAYAC (Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties). He is also licensed as a Broker in the State of Maryland.

John L. Skeparnias has returned to York, having been a resident all of his life, to join the already established Sigma Commercial Real Estate team.
Mr. Skeparnias is a graduate of Towson University, having
excelled in Business Administration his major was
marketing, with extensive studies in management,
finance, and investments. During his college career John worked for CAI (Computer Aid, Inc.), where he created strategic marketing campaigns as well as developed successful marketing
plans discussing and promoting the services offered.
John also worked as a Junior Advisor for Maryland's Small Business Development where he assisted his personal clients
of existing small businesses as well as entrepreneurial start-up firms with any particular financial, managerial, organizational, and/or marketing
issues.John is involved in all aspects of
marketing, management, and financing for Sigma's,
and our clients', commercial real estate and
investment needs.

Nick L. Skeparnias has been a York County resident all his life, having graduated from York Suburban High School. Sigma, as
a family owned business, has allowed Nick to be affiliated with the commercial real estate industry all of his life.
While attending the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, Nick majored in entrepreneurial studies
he has taken extensive courses in investments,
management and financing. Mr. Skeparnias now looks forward to returning home to generate more synergy back to Sigma Commercial Realty, Inc. and
bring his experience, education, and knowledge to
the efforts of Sigma.
While attending the University of Maryland, Nick worked for FSI (First State Innovations) where he assisted in helping already existing start up businesses flourish as well as establish entrepreneurial businesses to help stimulate and boost the State of Delaware's economy.

Jessica M.
Henchey, formerly of Sussex County, Delaware, has been a
resident of York County since 1998. Jessica is
married to Tom and has a daughter.
Jess started with Sigma Commercial
Realty, Inc. in 2007. Also a member of RAYAC, she
specializes in commercial property management, sales,
and leasing. Prior to Sigma, Jessica was Sr.
Business Development Administrator and Research
Specialist with Weinstein Realty Advisors where she
obtained her PA Real Estate Salesperson License.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys
spending time with her family and being involved with
her daughter's numerous activities.
